All-Star, sure, but Hall of Famer?
Well, not quite. But John Scott will have a piece of equipment forever reside at the Hockey Hall of Fame.
The helmet Scott wore while scoring, twice, and captaining the first ever 3-on-3 All-Star Game tournament-winning team will be donated to the hockey shrine, according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.
It's incredible, and perhaps a bit silly, but it's all part an incredible turnaround for Scott and the NHL, which was dealing with a public relations nightmare since his trade from the Arizona Coyotes.
