Rangers' Raanta leaves game after taking Scandella slap shot to head

New York Rangers goalie Antti Raanta left Thursday's game and will not return after taking a slap shot directly to the head from Minnesota Wild defenseman Marco Scandella.
Raanta fell to the ice and remained there for over a minute before being helped to the dressing room.
Henrik Lundqvist entered the game in relief for the Rangers.
