Sam Gagner out Tuesday

Gagner (upper body) won't play Tuesday against the Senators, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Analysis:

The news doesn't come as a huge surprise, as GM Ron Hextall told reporters Wednesday that Gagner would need at least another week of recovery time before making his return to game action. The 26-year-old's next opportunity to draw back into the Flyers' lineup will come Friday against New Jersey.
