Sekac (ankle) took part in some solo skating before practice Sunday, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.

Sekac continues working his way back from an ankle sprain that's sidelined him since early November. Skating on his own is a big step, but he'll need to rejoin the team at practice before potentially returning to the lineup.
