New Jersey Devils defenseman Adam Larsson will reportedly avoid league discipline for the five-minute major penalty and ejection he received Sunday night, according to Tom Gulitti of the Bergen Record.
Larsson slammed Jared McCann into the glass behind the New Jersey net after the Vancouver Canucks forward had the puck slip off his stick.
McCann returned to the Canucks' bench after briefly exiting the game, which the Devils won in overtime.
