The Florida Panthers have extended their best offer to forward Jonathan Huberdeau on a two-year contract, but the restricted free agent is undecided, TSN's Bob McKenzie reports.

Two other clubs are considering submitting an offer sheet to Huberdeau's camp, according to the report.

The 22-year-old became an RFA after scoring 15 goals and adding 39 assists in his third season with the Panthers.

Earlier this month, George Richards of the Miami Herald reported that the two sides had agreed on terms, but were still negotiating his salary.

Huberdeau was drafted third overall by Florida in 2011.
