Islanders sign Louis LeBlanc to 1-year, 2-way contract

The New York Islanders have added a 2009 first-round draft pick to the mix.
Forward Louis Leblanc has agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract, the club announced Friday.
Terms of the deal were not initially disclosed.
Selected 18th overall by the Montreal Canadiens, LeBlanc has appeared in 50 games at the NHL level, with five goals and five assists to his credit.
The 24-year-old was dealt to the Anaheim Ducks last summer, and spent this past season playing for the AHL's Norfolk Admirals, recording 14 goals and 15 assists in 71 games.
