Analysis:
This is a good deal for the Devils. They need all the offensive help they can get and Palmieri is underrated in that regard. Palmieri had 29 points in 57 games for Anaheim this past season, but he should have way more responsibility in New Jersey. The Devils are multiple pieces away from contending, but this is a solid move from new front office boss Ray Shero.
