Ron Hextall's busy offseason continues.

The Philadelphia Flyers general manager has announced the signing of winger Radel Fazleev to an entry-level contract.

The 19-year-old Russian forward was drafted in the sixth round of the 2014 NHL Draft. He spent the past season with the WHL's Calgary Hitmen, where he scored 18 goals and added 33 assists in 71 regular season games, and recorded an additional four goals and 10 assists in a run to the Conference Final.

Fazleev has one more season of junior eligibility, and is expected to continue to hone his game in Calgary before making the jump to the pro level.
