The Edmonton Oilers have signed defenseman Ben Betker to an entry-level contract.
Betker, a sixth-round draft pick of the Oilers in 2013, agreed to the standard three-year pact.
The 20-year-old registered 31 points in 64 games with the WHL's Everett Silvertips after posting 21 points and racking up 102 penalty minutes in 68 contests last season.
