Jay McClement isn't known for his scoring, averaging a goal roughly every 10 games over the course of his 10-year NHL career. But he has a pair Saturday against the New York Islanders.
The Carolina Hurricanes forward fired a wrist shot from the slot off a pass from Andrej Nestrasil for his second goal of the contest midway through the second period.

McClement's first goal almost didn't count because it deflected in off his skate, but a video review determined there was no distinct kicking motion.
