Washington Capitals forward Troy Brouwer doesn't deserve all the credit for the tying goal on Friday night against the Anaheim Ducks, but he deserves most of it.
Brouwer used an incredible individual effort to stretch out and stop the puck from being cleared by the Ducks at the blue line.

Jason Chimera then finished off the ensuing 2-on-0 opportunity created by Brouwer's diving play, scoring off a pass from Evgeny Kuznetsov.
The Capitals defeated the Ducks 3-2 in a shootout, and Brouwer's extra effort was certainly a factor in the win.
