Blue Jackets' Bobrovsky day-to-day with lower-body injury; will be re-evaluated Thursday

Columbus Blue Jackets goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky left Wednesday night's game with a lower-body injury and his participation in All-Star weekend could be in doubt.

Blue Jackets coach Todd Richards didn't update Bobrovsky's status after Wednesday night's loss to the Winnipeg Jets, beyond confirming that Bobrovsky's injury is of the lower-body variety. The star goaltender will be re-evaluated on Thursday.

Blue Jackets general manager Jarmo Kekalainen elaborated further on Bobrovsky's status:

So while the door isn't entirely closed on Bobrovsky participating in All-Star weekend in front of his hometown supporters in Columbus, at the moment it would seem unlikely.
