Cory Schneider set to return to Devils' crease Monday vs. Sharks

The New Jersey Devils will welcome their top goaltender back to game action Monday.
Cory Schneider will get the start against the San Jose Sharks after being forced to make an early exit from Friday's game in Anaheim, general manager Lou Lamoriello announced Sunday.
Schneider, who had been deemed day-to-day with an upper-body injury, has appeared in 40 games for the Devils, posting a record of 15-19-4 with a .919 save percentage.
If New Jersey has any hope of climbing back into playoff contention, a healthy Schneider would be considered paramount.
