Forward Jannik Hansen has been cleared to resume play after his latest round of tests confirmed the positive results he received over the weekend, the Vancouver Canucks have announced.
Hansen was hospitalized after collapsing on the bench during Saturday's game against the Calgary Flames. He was a late scratch for Monday's win over the Arizona Coyotes after the team decided to undertake further evaluation.
The Canucks are off until Dec. 28, when they'll visit the Anaheim Ducks.
