The Anaheim Ducks have recalled goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov from Norfolk of the American Hockey League, the team announced Monday.
Bryzgalov was 1-1 in a pair of games on loan to Norfolk since being signed, giving up five goals on 59 shots.
He projects to be the primary backup to Frederik Andersen for the rest of this season.
