Sergei Belski / USA TODAY Sports
The Edmonton Oilers' leader in per-game ice time, defenseman Justin Schultz is expected to be a healthy scratch for Thursday's matchup with the Nashville Predators, according to TSN's Ryan Rishaug.
Schultz was benched in portions of Tuesday's loss to the Dallas Stars, receiving just 12 shifts combined in the second and third periods after being entrusted with 11 in the first.
He has 10 points and a minus-6 rating this season, and has been in the lineup for all 22 games.
