Stastny found the net for the third time this season in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Jets.
Analysis:
Stastny's empty-netter in the game's final minute was largely inconsequential, but at least gave the center an opportunity to give something back to fantasy owners after providing precious little to date. Though Stastny was the Blues' most high-profile offseason acquisition at center, discount pickup Jori Lehtera has been the far better performer for the Blues, making minutes a little scarcer than anticipated for Stastny. The 28-year-old is averaging two and a half minutes fewer ice time with the Blues than he enjoyed with the Avs a season ago, producing six points and a minus-5 rating over 13 games.
