Toronto Maple Leafs forward Joffrey Lupul won't likely be ready to return for Saturday's game against the Detroit Red Wings, but Wednesday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins is a more realistic return date.

Lupul practiced Wednesday for the first time since breaking a bone in his right hand in practice last month. He practiced again without incident on Friday.
