The Anaheim Ducks will have to wait a little longer - again - to see the debut of forward Dany Heatley due to a groin injury he sustained in training camp.
Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register spoke to Heatley on Thursday:
Dany Heatley (groin) is improving but "a little slower than I’d like". Took part in full practice but wouldn't give timeline. Day to day.

Last week Heatley hoped he would be in the lineup soon, but remains day-to-day.
