The Pittsburgh Penguins took a step forward in the NHL fashion department by taking a few steps back when they debuted their third jerseys Wednesday night:

The black and gold motif is reminiscent of the jerseys worn by the Penguins when they won back-to-back Stanley Cups in 1991 and 1992.
