Blackhawks' Toews scores short-handed OT winner to down Predators

It's not everyday that a player scores a goal when their side has just three skaters on the ice. In fact, over the past three seasons, only six goals have been scored by teams playing in 3-on-3, 3-on-4, or 3-on-5 situations. 

On Saturday, the Chicago Blackhawks scored just such a goal, and it was a dramatic overtime winner scored by - who else - captain Jonathan Toews.

Toews was killing a penalty in overtime when he picked Nashville Predators defenseman Roman Josi's pocket, and skated back the other way. In all alone on Predators backup Carter Hutton, Toews cashed in the overtime winner:

The celebration afterwards is pretty good too. It's possible that Toews even cracked a smile.
