Even the Boston Bruins coaching staff is tough as nails.
Bruins assistant coach Doug Houda took a puck to the head during the second period of Wednesday's game against the Detroit Red Wings. Even though the puck opened a cut on Houda's head, he went to the dressing room under his own power with a towel pressed against his head, apparently smiling the whole way.

Houda, who appeared in 561 games during his playing career, returned to the bench a few minutes later sporting a few stitches, because that's what hockey players do.
