The Detroit Red Wings are expecting to have Darren Helm return to the lineup when they conclude their preseason home schedule Wednesday against the Pittsburgh Penguins, the team revealed Monday.
Helm suffered a broken nose that required readjustment following the Red Wings' preseason opener last week.
He is also nursing a groin injury he says "feels much better."
