Blues agree to terms with Jaden Schwartz on 2-year deal worth reported $4.7M

The St. Louis Blues agreed to terms on a two-year contract with restricted free agent forward Jaden Schwartz on Saturday, according to the team's official website.
Terms of the deal were not released by the club, but TSN hockey insider Bob McKenzie kindly broke it down on Twitter:
Jaden Schwartz's new two-year contract with STL pays him $2M in 1st year, $2.7M in 2nd year for AAV of (yup, you guessed it) $2.35M.

The 21-year-old forward appeared in 80 games for St. Louis last season, ranking fourth on the team in points with 56, thanks to 25 goals and 31 assists, while tying for 13th in the NHL with a plus-28 rating and 11th with 66 takeaways.
Schwartz is expected to join Blues' training camp on Monday.
