Bobby Ryan will make his preseason debut for the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday, after a bump from teammate Kyle Turris on Sunday raised concerns about a possible concussion.

“It’s been a couple of days and there’s been no issues,” said Ryan, as per the Ottawa Sun. “We knew Monday that (Wednesday's game) wouldn’t be issue. It feels good.”

The split squad contest will be Ryan's first game action since March, after undergoing season-ending surgery last year to repair a sports hernia.
