The NHL wasn't happy with Krusty the Clown vomiting into the Stanley Cup
The #EverySimpsonsEver marathon is in full swing on FXX, and former showrunner Mike Scully is watching along with a large viewing audience.
Scully revealed something of interest to hockey fans during Monday morning's airing of "The Last Temptation of Krust."
NHL sent a letter about Krusty drinking out of (and throwing back up into) Stanley Cup, but cool Fox lawyer said to ignore.

Scully first revealed that the NHL sent "kind of a cease and desist" letter (in the audio commentary on the Season 9 DVD), but the production staff chose not to cut the scene from the episode.
It's a good thing that lawyers didn't have to get involved.
