The busy Vancouver Canucks have completed yet another transaction, flipping the third round pick they acquired from the Anaheim Ducks in the Ryan Kesler blockbuster to the New York Rangers in exchange for fourth line forward Derek Dorsett.
The 27-year-old Dorsett managed four goals and 8 points in 51 games, while starting a hefty number of shifts in his own of the rink on a specialized fourth-line with the Rangers. A pugilist and agitator, Dorsett racked up 128 penalties in minutes and 10 fighting majors last season, while also drawing an astounding 22 penalties.
