Bruins' Patrice Bergeron wins Selke Trophy
Boston Bruins centerman Patrice Bergeron beat out Los Angeles' Anze Kopitar and Chicago's Jonathan Toews to claim the Selke Trophy presented to the forward who best excels in the defensive aspects of the game.
Bergeron, who won the award in 2011-12, and was a runner-up to Toews in 2012-13, found the back of the net 34 times while adding 35 assists for 69 points in 80 games last season.
