Coyotes select Ryan MacInnis, son of Al, with 43rd pick

The Arizona Coyotes drafted 20th-ranked center Ryan MacInnis with the 43rd pick in the 2014 NHL entry draft.

MacInnis, from St. Louis Missouri, finished 10th in OHL rookie scoring with 36 points in 66 games with the Kitchener Rangers. He couldn't have a more opposite playing style to compared to his father, defenseman Al MacInnis.

As a member of the 2013 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge, he scored five points and six games for Team USA helping them to a bronze medal.
