Ducks' Ryan Getzlaf to ditch face shield in Game 6

If the Dallas Stars are indeed targeting Ryan Getzlaf's injured jaw, they won't have anything impeding their ability to wash the opposing captain's face in Game 6.
After receiving medical clearance, Getzlaf will ditch his face shield Sunday as the Ducks attempt to close out the series in Dallas, according to Helene Elliot of The LA Times.
Getzlaf has required the protection since Stars forward Tyler Seguin drove a slap shot off his jaw in Game 1.
