It appears as though Pittsburgh Penguins forward James Neal will avoid being suspended for the second time this season.

As such, Neal, who has registered 22 goals and 29 assists in 46 games, would be cleared to play Saturday against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Neal was assessed a minor-penalty for cross-checking on the following play.
