Flames have offered contract extension to Mike Cammalleri, trade still possible
Flames president of hockey operations Brian Burke has updated the status of forward Mike Cammalleri in advance of the NHL's March 5 trade deadline, as per Ryan Pinder of Fan960 in Calgary.

The 31-year old will become an unrestricted free agent this summer, and is expected to be dealt if he's unwilling to commit to the Flames beyond the current season.
