PHOTO: Canadian women's hockey players left note for men's team prior to semifinal

Fresh off their astounding come-from-behind win over the U.S. in Thursday's gold medal game, a few members of Canada's women's hockey team left this note for the men's team in advance of Friday's semifinal against the American men.

The men's team was in attendance for Thursday's dramatic victory, which may or may not have served as greater inspiration than these words. 

But sometimes, the pen is indeed mightier than the stick.
