On Tuesday, Vancouver Canucks forward David Booth got engaged to former Miss Teen USA pageant winner Ashley Durham, who was also Miss Tennessee USA at the Miss America pageant in 2011. It's a bit hard to keep track of, in part because the extent of the average hockey fan's knowledge of beauty pageants ends at Honey Boo Boo.
The pair were set up, apparently, by former Miss USA pageant winner Alyssa Campanella who is a relatively high profile Vancouver Canucks fan. Campanella boasted about her accomplishment on Twitter on Tuesday morning:

Thanks to flagging production and an outsized contract, Booth is a likely compliance buyout this summer. Could he be Tennessee bound this summer now that he's found a Memphis based squeeze?
