PHOTO: Kellan Lain's tribute to his short NHL debut

Kellan Lain's NHL début with the Vancouver Canucks was short-lived; the 24-year old saw only two seconds of action before being given a game-misconduct for taking part in a brawl that kicked off the game against the Calgary Flames.

On Sunday, Lain took to Instagram to pay tribute to his first NHL game, posting this photo with the following caption:

Realized my life long dream last night of playing in the NHL. It was a short debut but wont ever forget it! Its been a long road and could not have done it without the support of my family n friends #dream

At east no one will ever be able to say that Lain's début wasn't a memorable one.
