John Shannon of Sportsnet is reporting the Buffalo Sabres have decided on a new general manager.
...as @DougMaclean said yesterday, it appears Tim Murray is going to be the new GM in Buffalo.

Tim Murray is currently the Ottawa Senators assistant general manager. All other candidates have been contacted letting them know the search is over. Murray and the Sabres still have to agree on a contract.
Pending successful negotiation of contract with BUF, OTT assistant GM Tim Murray will be next GM of the Sabres.
