8 NHLers named to Swiss Olympic men's ice hockey team
On Monday the Swiss hockey federation unveiled the roster for their men's Olympic ice hockey team. The Swiss named 25 players to the team, which will compete at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia this February.
The Swiss are fresh off of a best ever silver medal finish at the 2013 IIHF World Championships this past May. With eight NHL players on the team, this lineup is likely to be the most credible, competitive side in the trilingual nation's hockey history.
