Boston Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli held court in advance of Thursday's game against the Buffalo Sabres, and clarified his earlier comments on Brad Marchand, saying the 25-year old forward isn't going anywhere.
Chiarelli during presser: "Let me be clear on Marchy...I'm not trading Marchy, he's a good player, I like the way he plays" ^CS

Chiarelli reiterated the improvements he has seen in Marchand's game lately, and said it's only a matter of time before his line gets going.
Chiarelli talked about Marchy, feels he's been "finding his way" offensively lately. "he's skating better, driving deeper, making plays" ^CS

Marchand is under contract with the Bruins until the end of the 2016-17 season, with an annual cap hit of $4.5 million. Based on Chiarelli's comments, it doesn't appear as though Marchand will be getting the Tyler Seguin treatment just yet.
