Flyers cite brawl with Capitals as a turning point in their season

Don't look now, but the Philadelphia Flyers are slowly but surely creeping their way up the Eastern Conference standings, with a now infamous event serving as the impetus for their turn around.

The Flyers beat the Metropolitan Division-leading Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday, moving one point back of the New York Rangers and Carolina Hurricanes in the race for third, and only five points back of first.
