GIF: Jesse Winchester's high hit on Chris Kelly

During the first period of Thursday's game between the Florida Panthers and the Boston Bruins, Jesse Winchester caught Chris Kelly with an apparent elbow to the head.

No penalty was called on the play and Kelly was able to return to the game after a brief visit to the locker room, but this may warrant a second look from the NHL's Department of Player Safety, especially based on this still shot of the incident.
