The Philadelphia Flyers and radio partner 97.5 The Fanatic issued a two-game suspension to radio commentator Tim Saunders for an inappropriate comment during Thursday's broadcast, the team announced Friday.
Saunders, who believed he was off air, made a sexual joke. He was speaking to color commentator Todd Fedoruk, a source told The Athletic's Kevin Kurz.

Brian Smith, Flyers director of broadcasting and content, will fill in for Saunders during his suspension, Kurz reports.
Saunders has called Flyers games since 1997. He's set to return from suspension Dec. 23 when Philadelphia faces the Chicago Blackhawks.
