The Arizona Coyotes signed forward Nick Cousins to a two-year contract worth a total of $2 million, the team announced Saturday.

Cousins was recently acquired from the Philadelphia Flyers along with goaltending prospect Merrick Madsen in exchange for forward prospect Brendan Warren and a fifth-round pick in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.

Cousins has totaled 27 points in 107 NHL contests, including career bests of 16 points and 60 games with the Flyers last season.
