Benn delivered two assists and four shots in Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to Chicago.

Analysis:

Benn assisted on both of Ales Hemsky's goals, but missed in the shootout. While he entered the night mired in a season-worst five-game point drought, Benn is still on pace to top 70 points for the fourth consecutive campaign. His 24 goals and minus-6 rating have to be considered disappointing after the 27-year-old winger averaged 37 goals and a plus-10 mark over the previous three seasons.
