Jets' Brandon Tanev: Called up under emergency conditions

Tanev was recalled from AHL Manitoba on an emergency basis Wednesday.

Analysis:

This late in the season, the last thing you want is to be preoccupied with a fringe player in fantasy land. Tanev does play with an edge, though, having racked up 105 hits in 42 games.
