Blues' Jake Allen: Has streak snapped at four
Allen allowed two goals on 22 shots in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to the Ducks.
Analysis:
Allen's four-game winning streak was snapped despite the goalie facing his lightest workload (in terms of shots) in the past month. He wasn't required to stop too many prime scoring chances, but Allen was unable to rescue the Blues after two mistakes in front of him. The Blues play the second of back-to-back set Thursday in San Jose, so Allen could get the night off in favor of Carter Hutton.
