Canucks' Jannik Hansen: Teases trade considerations
Hansen has formulated a list of eight teams that he'd be willing to play for if traded, Farhan Lalji of TSN reports.
Analysis:
Naturally, seven of those teams are in playoff contention, whereas there's an (undisclosed) city in particular that interests him. Hansen has one year remaining on his $10 million contract before he'd become an unrestricted free agent, with a modified no-trade clause embedded into that deal he signed with Vancouver ahead of the 2014-15 campaign. With the Canucks likely to miss the playoffs, Hansen could be on his way out by next Wednesday's trade deadline. A knee injury has limited him to 27 games this season, though he's managed 13 points despite averaging a mere 16:20 of rink-run per contest.
