Canadiens' Sven Andrighetto: Pulled back to parent club

Andrighetto was recalled from AHL St. John's on Thursday.

Andrighetto and Mark Barberio had been sent down to the minors for an AHL game against Binghamton on Wednesday, but they're back in tow thanks to the parent club dealing with knee injuries to a couple of regulars, including centers David Desharnais and Alex Galchenyuk. As tough as it is to rely on a fringe player like Andrighetto, he's a terrific skater who could evolve into a steady fantasy contributor due to his playmaking acumen. The 23-year-old from Switzerland has managed 22 points in 19 games with the AHL's IceCaps this season.
