Sabres' Robin Lehner: Stops 30 in victory over Kings
Lehner turned away 30 of 33 shots and enjoyed six goals of support in Tuesday's win over Los Angeles.
Analysis:
That puts an end to a streak of five winless appearances for Lehner during which he'd gone 0-2-2 with a 2.28 GAA and .919 save percentage. He's maintaining an above-average save percentage for the season -- also .919 -- but the Sabres' offense has been inconsistent (to be charitable), leading to a 6-9-4 record. However, if Jack Eichel continues boosting what they're doing out there as he has been, we could see Lehner start picking up some more wins.
