Penguins' Patric Hornqvist: Demoted to second group

Hornqvist practiced on the team's second power-play unit Monday, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Analysis:

Since scoring on the man advantage his first game back from concussion, Hornqvist has been blanked the last four games on the power play. Pittsburgh will likely go with two defensemen on the top unit, but look for Hornqvist to eventually work his way back -- perhaps sooner than anyone thinks.
